Cannot get the email done - it says required authorization account is missing

This happens when the Clay Sequencer app hasn't been authorized by your Google Workspace admin.

Ask your admin to set the Clay Sequencer app as "Trusted" in the Google Admin console (under Security → API Controls → Authorize the app → Sign in & connect through OAuth). It can take up to 24 hours for Google to recognize this change.

If you're using Microsoft Outlook, the same authorization is needed from your Workspace admin for that domain. [1]

what should I add to the field Name in the template - Write Personalized Emails Based on Website Data to get the results?

In the Name field, add the full name of your prospect. [1]

Clay will automatically enrich that person and their company using data, then generate personalized emails based on the enriched website data. [2] Just type the complete name (first and last) and let Clay handle the rest of the enrichment process.
