There could be several reasons why you're having trouble importing leads:
1. For CSV files:
• Ensure your file doesn't have "created at" or "updated at" columns
• Check that it's under the limits (72 columns, 50, 000 rows)
• Use UTF-8 encoding with comma separators
• Try using a shorter filename
2. For Sales Navigator imports:
• These are limited to 2, 500 leads or 100 pages due to LinkedIn restrictions
• Consider splitting your lists by headcount, seniority, or location
• Search filters may be limiting your results
