Hey team, can someone help troubleshoot a waterfall enrichment column in this table? The enrichment runs and finds values but doesn't return a value in the final text column. It's happening for both the work email and mobile phone number enrichment columns.
When enrichments find values but don't appear in the final column, it's typically because the found data failed validation. The waterfall continues running even after finding an email or phone number if it fails the validation check. To troubleshoot: 1. Check validation columns - These are hidden by default. Unhide them in the Columns Panel to see why data isn't passing validation. 2. Review validation settings - Your validator (likely ZeroBounce) may be filtering out the found data due to quality issues. 3. Check catch-all handling - If treating catch-all emails as invalid, valid emails might be filtered out. The validation process ensures you only get high-quality data in your final columns, which is why found values may not always appear there.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Taking a look now!
Hello! Thanks for being so patient. It looks like something was changed upstream that made the cells stale. You can identify this when you click into the cells and it says it is waiting for inputs. I went ahead and ran those cells and that fixed the issue. About 200 rows had not run. I would suggest using the same method for the phone number enrichment as well! Just add the filter for Column_name_for_zerobounce 'has not run'.
thank you - just noticed that the table has no rows now?
Hey sorry the filter is still setup, let me remove it!
There you go! Since all the rows ran, it showed no rows match the filter. Does this solve your issue?
Hmm, I don't think so. Take a look at row 2
There's an email address that was found from one of the enrichment vendors but didn't populate in the "work email" field
I'm noticing this across a few of the vendors
- Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
Thank you!
Any chance I can get 1x the credits refunded for the work / mobile phone enrichment for this table? I've run it twice now to try to troubleshoot.
Hey! Sure, how many credits did you end up spending on this?
~1k credits between the two columns
Done!
thank you! keep me posted on the bug, appreciate it.
Sure thing, appreciate your patience with us! Have a good day! :)
Any update here?
Hello! Thanks for reaching out again. I do not see any update on my end yet but will keep you posted! Is there anything else I can help you with in the meantime?
That'll be it.
Hi, The issue was linked to auto‑update being turned off, which caused some cells to stay stale. It looks like a mix of toggling auto‑update and changing inputs in the waterfall led to this behavior. Re‑running the cells that didn’t update should unblock things. Let me know if you have more questions.
