Hi there - looking for a way to be able to "clip to clay" from linkedin profiles directly into Clay. Trying to enable my BDRs to be able to prospect on their own via that workflow. Can't seem to find the extension anywhere - what would you recommend there?
You can enable your BDRs to prospect directly from LinkedIn into Clay using the "Clip to Clay" Chrome extension. Here’s how:
Install the Extension: Find "Clip to Clay" in the Chrome Web Store and add it to Chrome.
Log In: Each BDR must have a Clay user seat and be logged in to Clay.
Clip Profiles: When viewing a LinkedIn profile, the extension adds a button to instantly send that profile to a Clay table.
Automatic Enrichment: Once added, Clay will automatically enrich the contact with available data—no manual steps needed.
You can find more details and the extension here: Clip to Clay Extension and a guide here .

that worked thank you. Why are only certain tables available?
Only tables that have been specifically enabled for the "Clip to Clay" extension will appear as available destinations. To make a table available, open the desired Clay table, click the table name to open the menu, and select "Show in Chrome Extension." If you don't see a table, check that you're in the correct workspace and that the table has been added to the extension using these steps. [1] [2] [3]

i dont see that option to add to chrome extension
The option to add a table to the Chrome extension only appears if you open a Clay table, click the table name to open the menu, and select Show in Chrome Extension. If you don't see this option, make sure you are in the correct workspace and have the necessary permissions. Only tables enabled this way will be available in the extension. [1] [2]

do i have to be an admin to enable that? Right now i can create tables but im not an admin
You do not need to be an admin to enable a table for the Clip to Clay extension. If you can create tables, you should also be able to open a Clay table, click the table name, and select "Show in Chrome Extension" to make it available in the extension. Only tables enabled this way will appear as destinations in Clip to Clay [1].
