Challenges with Low Results in Custom Signal for New Hires

I have a table with over 30K domains and I am running a custom signal on it (New Hires). It is set to daily and still i am getting underwhelming results -- Only 3 results with a search of over 52 titles. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I have exact and precise LinkedIn Company URLs

Low results from your New Hires signal could be due to data freshness limitations. Our data providers refresh information on a rolling basis with a full update cycle taking 2-3 weeks, so recent hires may not appear immediately. Check your signal filters - ensure job title filters aren't too restrictive and verify your LinkedIn Company URLs are correctly mapped in the signal setup. With 30K companies and only 3 results across 52 titles, the filters may be overly narrow or the data hasn't refreshed to capture recent hiring activity.
