how to create a table into a template?
To turn a table into a template, click the "Actions" button in your table, then select "Share as template" and click "Turn on sharing". [1]
For personal templates, duplicate your table and move it to a separate workbook - this keeps the structure without the data. Add '[Template Do Not Delete]' to the title so you know which table to duplicate later.
Is that what you were looking for?
So each time I need to duplicate and add? Any other option??
For personal templates, yes - duplicating and moving to a separate workbook is the main approach.
However, you also have column group templates as an alternative. You can select multiple columns, right-click, and save them as a template to reuse across different tables without duplicating entire tables. [1]
So you have two options: full table duplication for complete workflows, or column group templates for reusing specific column sets.

Hi - Mukund G. First make your table the way you want then add all your columns, enrichments and AI formulas then click on the three dots in the top right corner and choose save as template. Give it a name so you can recognize it later. Now whenever you open another workbook and need that same setup just go to Templates click my templates, find your saved one and add it it’ll instantly appear with everything ready.
That's exactly right! You've got the process down perfectly.
Just to clarify the terminology - when you click the three dots (Actions button) and choose "Share as template," you're creating a shareable template that others can access via a public link. [1]
For personal templates that stay private to you, the duplication method we discussed earlier is still the main approach - duplicate your table and move it to a separate workbook.
Both methods work great depending on whether you want to share your template publicly or keep it for personal use.
