Hey Guys, I am working on getting to grips with enrichment and i wanted to test a simple step - phone numbers using "enrich person" this defaults only to email, so i attempt to edit and cannot see how i can include phone numbers? is this because i am on a free plan or am i just doing something wrong?
You can definitely include phone numbers in the "Enrich Person" step with Datagma! When setting up this action, you need to enable the "Include Phone Number Data" option. Here's how to do it: 1. In the Datagma "Enrich Person" action setup 2. After entering your Person Search Criteria (email, LinkedIn URL, or company website) 3. Look for the "Include Phone Number Data?" toggle option 4. Switch this option ON to have Datagma return phone number information This feature is available on all plans, so it's not a limitation of the free plan. If you're still having trouble finding this option, let me know and I can provide more guidance.
I apologize, but it seems there's been a misunderstanding. Hunter.io isn't directly integrated with Clay for phone number enrichment. However, we can use Clay's Datagma integration to enrich person data, including phone numbers. Here's a step-by-step guide: 1. Start with your table in Clay. 2. Add a new step and select "Enrich Person" from Datagma. 3. Choose your Datagma account (Clay-managed or your own). 4. In "Person Search Criteria", select the column with work emails or LinkedIn URLs. 5. Toggle on "Include Phone Number Data". 6. Run the enrichment. This process is part of the Enrich Data step in Clay's FETE Framework, helping you gather more detailed contact information. Could you clarify why you specifically wanted to use Hunter.io for phone enrichment? This might help me provide a more tailored solution.
I need to clarify something important - Hunter.io doesn't provide phone number enrichment. Hunter is specifically for finding and validating email addresses. To enrich phone numbers in Clay, you'll want to use a different integration like Forager: 1. In your Clay table, click "Add enrichment" 2. Search for "Forager" 3. Select the "Find Phone Numbers" action 4. Choose between using Clay's managed account or adding your own For Hunter.io (which is for email enrichment only): 1. You'll need Clay's Starter plan ($149/mo) to use your own API key 2. Click "Add enrichment" and search for "Hunter" 3. Select an action like "Find Work Email" 4. Choose "+ Add account" to connect your own API key If you specifically need phone numbers, Forager is the better option for this use case.
i also have dropcontact, PDL and phantombuster API keys
To use your API keys for enrichment in Clay: 1. You'll need at least a Starter plan ($149/mo) to use your own API keys. For DropContact: ** Click "Add enrichment" and select "Find Work Email" action ** Choose "+ Add account" to connect your API key ** Select inputs to provide (more inputs improve data quality) For People Data Labs (PDL): ** Add enrichment and search for "People Data Labs" ** Select an action like "Enrich person data" or "Find emails" ** Connect your API key when selecting an account For Phantombuster: ** Add enrichment and search for "Phantombuster" ** Select "Pull Data" action ** Enter your Agent ID and configure the required fields ** Set up run settings (auto-update is on by default) These integrations can help you find phone numbers and other contact data as part of Clay's waterfall enrichment process.
So for the free plan i cannot use any API keys for waterfall enrichment?
No, you cannot use your own API keys for waterfall enrichment on the free plan. This feature is only available on paid plans. You'll need at least a Starter plan ($149/mo) to use your own API keys for services like Datagma, Prospeo, DropContact, Clearbit, Enrichley, and other data enrichment tools. On the free plan, you can still use Clay's managed accounts for enrichment, but you'll need to pay with Clay credits for those services.

😞 I just want to have a list of people (1 per company) including emails, linkedin, phone, funding information and founded year with API key usage. $149 is making me 😭
I am on a pro trial as well and i cannot even add datagma. I need a human please (when you are in the office of course)
Hi Ronni, I've enabled the phone number enrichment feature in your workspace for the next week so you can use your remaining credits for this purpose. For context, we've disabled phone number enrichment for non-paid accounts because some users were taking advantage of this feature. Sorry for the inconvenience.
