Hi, yesterday I had ~9100 credits and my tables were turned off. However, this morning I woke up with 0. Can someone please help me understand where my credits went?
Your credits may have been affected by Clay's credit rollover policy. Credits can roll over for up to 2 months based on your current plan limits. If there was a recent plan change, cancellation, or your billing cycle refreshed, your credit balance would be capped at 2x your new plan's monthly credit limit. For example, if your new plan has a 100 credit limit, your balance would be capped at 200 credits.
