Issue with Input Options in New Table for Email Validation

Hi, good morning! As you can see in the first screenshot I‘ve built a table a couple of weeks ago, I was able to choose different inputs to search by. But now, in my new table (2nd screenshot), there is no chance to change the inputs as required. I cannot add further inputs as the „Social profile URL“ which is essential to validate the e-mails successfully. I am wonderig why it does not work..
