Hi Clay support team! For some reason I've built a workflow using Claygent and this took more credits than the estimated value, can I understand better why and maybe get refund?

Hey Gabriel, thanks for reaching out. Here's a breakdown of the credit usage on the "Companies Enrichment" table from today: - 10.87k credits for claygent - 2.1k credits for use-AI - 150 credits for google company to domain I can see in the table that there were 4 claygent columns for a 3k row table, so this credit usage looks on par with me - is there anything I can help clear up?

Makes sense. When a condition is non met, the credit should be not expended, or I'm wrong? I've built some conditionals to not run the claygent for some columns and I think that I'm being charged for run conditional not met

Yes that's exactly correct - when a run condition is not met, no credits are used.
