Clay S. I am unable to chat with support within the UI, if I click the ? nothing happens, this occurs on all tables within my account.
Try these troubleshooting steps for the unresponsive help button:
Log out of your account
Hard refresh your browser: • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) • PC: Ctrl + F5 (Chrome/Firefox/Edge)
Log back in
If it still doesn't work, try an incognito window
Restart your browser if needed
You can also clear your browser cache and refresh to resolve persistent UI issues.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, just ask to speak to a human for further assistance.
Was that helpful?

Hi Will - thanks for reaching out! Can you send over a workspace / table URL where you're having trouble with the UI? Would love to investigate further.
Just wanted to confirm:
When you click the Support button, do you not get an interface that pops up? I've attached a screenshot that shows the interface when it pops up.
If this isn't popping up, can you try:
Try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows
Clearing browser cache + cookies
Potentially try different browsers to see if it's browser specific
Check for ad blocker extensions or anything that might block it.
Let me know any of those work or if you need more assistance :)
Nope nothing pop ups
I have already tried that, and have no ad blockers
Sounds good! On my end, the support button seems to work from your account so this might be a client-side issue. I'd love to investigate further, can you let me know what browser you're experiencing this on? And how long have you been experiencing this?
We haven't heard back from you here, so we're going to go ahead and close this thread out.
