Hi, Several times, Clay’s Find Jobs step has reported that it found X results, but when I check the table where those results are sent, I see far fewer new entries, sometimes none at all. Could you explain why this happens?

This happens because limits are likely applied to your search filters. While the preview shows the total count (like 5000+ results), the actual import reflects these restrictions.
For example, if you set a limit of 3 jobs per company and the preview shows 1000 results, you'll get far fewer entries in your table due to that limit.
Also, if you've edited source filters after running the step, Clay won't retroactively update results - you need to delete and re-run the step to see updated data. [1]
Check your search filter settings and remove any applied restrictions before importing to get all desired results.

So if I've entered specific job titles, for example, it will only sort after returning the number of results?

No, the filtering happens during the search process, not after. When you enter specific job titles in your search parameters, Clay applies those filters while searching and the preview count reflects the filtered results. [1]

Actually, you do have limits set! In your screenshot, I can see you have a limit of 150 results for the current search, and there's also a "Limit per company" setting with a maximum of 100 (though the exact limit isn't visible).
These limits explain the discrepancy - while the preview might show thousands of potential jobs, your actual import is capped at 150 total results and whatever per-company limit you've set.
If you want more results, increase that 150 limit in your "Limit results" section.

Yes, but for example today it showed me that there were 60 new results, but I didn't find any in my table.

This could be because your Find Jobs table is set up as a static source instead of dynamic. Static sources don't automatically pull new jobs - they only import once.
Check your sources settings and switch to a dynamic source, which lets you set up automatic imports on a schedule to capture new jobs that match your filters.

No, there are additions every day; yesterday, for example, it added 16 new results even though it had told me there were many more.
