Hello! Today I ran an enrichment using the AI tool. I am looking for decision makers in a company and the result yielded more than one DM. How can I generate a new table that has all the information the information of the company + the DM name? For example, if a company has 2 decision makers, I want to have two rows for that company, one for each DM.
To create a new table with company information and separate rows for each decision maker, you can use our "write to table" feature. Here's how: 1. Create a new table in your workspace. 2. Use the "write to table" function to map your data. 3. Select the column containing the list of decision makers. 4. Map the company information and decision maker data to columns in your new table. This will create individual rows for each decision maker, duplicating the company information as needed. If you need more detailed guidance, let me know and I can provide step-by-step instructions.
I tried using the write to table option, but the results in the new table only repeated the rows, but did not add all the information needed.

I need more information, because the new table did not add the columns Role, Name, Telephone nor email. It only repeated the rows, but did not add the information.

Create a new table in your workspace by clicking Create New > Table. 2. Use the "write to table" function to map your data: • Select the column containing the list of decision makers. • Map the company information and decision maker data (Role, Name, Telephone, Email) to columns in your new table. 3. In the "write to table" settings, make sure to select the option to map list items individually to rows. This process will create separate rows for each decision maker, duplicating the company information as needed. If you're still having issues, double-check that you've correctly mapped all the required columns in the "write to table" settings.
I want each executive output to be added to the following table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/456773/workbooks/wb_yicvYeNGka97/tables/t_G3tJUbYZ4urB
Each executive output have the following information: Name, role, email and phone
Hi team! Did you manage to get a look to this?
Hey José, thanks for reaching out! It looks like the Write to Table enrichment was only pulling in data unique to the company, rather than data specific to each individual. The goal here is to separate decision-makers into their own rows. Check out the video below, where I corrected this by mapping data from the LIST instead of the TABLE. Since we're writing a list of data into another table, we can still include existing table data (like the company name), but the main focus is on executive details, such as name, position, etc. Let me know if you have any questions! :)
