Hi Team! Are there currently any issues with Claygents? I am not able to run prompts with either of my Open AI API keys or Clay's Open Ai.
There aren't any known widespread issues with Claygents right now. The problem is likely with your OpenAI API setup.
For your own API keys, check your usage limits at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits - you need 450,000 TPM for Claygent to work reliably. Also verify your API access level meets the required token rates and that you've completed payment verification with OpenAI.
For processing issues, try making your prompts more specific, breaking large requests into smaller batches, and checking your network connection.
If you're still having trouble after checking these, just ask to speak to a human for further help.

No, I have double checked everything on my end and this isn't working. I've also tried using Clay's Open AI account and it didn't work
