I have not received my credits for three completed lessons, and it has been over a week. For context in case this is important - I was moved from Cohort 18 to Cohort 19 after completing three lessons due to time conflicts (not having received the credits at that time either). I am now out of credits and unable to complete the final lessons. Please let me know how this can be fixed. Thank you!
The sources focus on purchasing additional credits and credit renewal delays, but don't address lesson completion credits or cohort transfers. For immediate access to complete your final lessons, you can purchase credit top-ups through Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits. These credits are added instantly to your balance. If you need further help with your missing lesson credits, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person." Are you referring to credits from Clay University lessons, or credits from a different Clay program or course?
Additionally, my 1000 initial credits were removed from my account. That would be great to receive back as well as I am exploring with the new lessons (I still had over 1000 credits at the time I believe).
