whats the best way to break up job postings for companies with more than 10+ open jobs to avoid cutoff (to give myself a buffer up to 20 open jobs) to get complete data on? Is there a way to have filters which ignore certain job titles? i.e. i want to pick up all open positions but perhaps one column gets sales marketing and the other column is the catch all for everything else?
You can use multiple approaches to handle companies with many job postings: For breaking up large job searches: ** Use the Find Jobs source with specific filters to limit results per query (up to 1,000 jobs per search) ** Apply department filters and job title filters to segment your searches ** Run separate searches for different job categories (e.g., one for sales/marketing, another for everything else) For filtering out specific job titles: ** Use the "Job Title Exclude Keywords" parameter to exclude unwanted titles ** Apply "Filter for Job Title" with comma-separated terms to include only desired roles ** Create filter groups with AND/OR logic to combine multiple conditions Pro tip: Since we don't have semantic search, include various permutations of job titles and use filters strategically - start broad, then narrow down using location, job type, and title parameters
