hi, I am using the free plan of Clay and my goal is to transfer leads from Sales Navigator to Clay table. What I want to ask is that Clay allows me to see a maximum of 50 leads in a table. How can I transfer leads from Sales Navigator in a 50-50-50 format?
You can work around the 50-row limit by creating multiple tables. Import your Sales Navigator search URL into the first table (limited to 50 leads), then use "write to table" to transfer those leads to additional tables. [1]
To import from Sales Navigator: copy your search URL, create a "Find People" table, select "External List," paste the URL, and click Import. Once imported, use the "write to table" feature to send leads to separate tables, effectively creating your 50-50-50 format across multiple tables.

Can I do this in the clay in free plan?
Yes, you can create multiple tables and use "write to table" on the free plan. The free plan allows unlimited tables, so you can create separate tables for your 50-50-50 format. [1] Each table is limited to 50 rows, but you can use "write to table" to transfer leads between tables to organize them as needed. [2]
Was that helpful?
yes that was really helpfull thanks but So can I do the same thing in the find people - find companies sections?
Yes, you can use the same approach with Find People and Find Companies tables on the free plan. Each table is limited to 50 rows, but you can create multiple tables and use "write to table" to transfer data between them. [1]

If you need any more help with organizing your leads or companies using multiple tables and the "write to table" feature, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve or any other questions you have?
Clay limits imports to 50 leads per pull on free plans, so you’ll need to run the import multiple times, each with the next 50 leads from Sales Navigator.
That's correct! The free plan limits each table to 50 rows. You can run multiple imports from Sales Navigator, creating separate tables for each batch of 50 leads, then use "write to table" to organize them as needed. [1]
