How to Audit Credit Usage and Set Limits in Enrichment Tables

·
·

Is there a way to:

  1. 1.

audit / see credit usage by enrichment by table? In this thread support mentions a credit usage sidebar in settings but i do not see this

  2. 2.

is there a way to hard limit the amount of credits than can be used in a given period?

Re #2 I'm asking bc I want to move us to an annual plan, but I'm a bit worried about having 700k+ credits available in case someone clicks the wrong button and runs everything. The monthly plan is a pseudo fail safe since the worst thing we could do is use all our monthly credits, but would be much worse to burn a years worth of credits on a error

Yes, you can audit credit usage by table and enrichment. Here's how: 1. To view credit usage by table: • Click your account name in the corner • Navigate to Settings > Credit usage in the sidebar • Under "Workspace" view, you can see folders, workbooks and tables sorted by usage • Sort by Name or Credits used • Export data as CSV if needed 2. To view credit usage by integration: • Click "Integrations" in the top bar next to "Workspace" • Sort and export data as needed To prevent accidental credit usage, you can: 1. Turn off auto-update: • Click the three dots next to your table name • Select "Auto-Update Columns" to disable 2. Test enrichments on a small scale: • Test on a few rows before updating entire tables • Use the "View Table History" button to track which columns used credits Currently, there isn't a feature to set hard credit usage limits for a given period.

If you create a workbook, you can see how many credits each row uses per table
