How to Use OpenAPI Credits in Usage Tier 1 Without Errors

Does anybody know how to spend your API credits through OpenAPI, I am currently in Usage Tier 1 and trying to run a prompt but I keep getting this error I know you have to spend $50 and have 7 days since payment, but how do I spent this $50 if I can't run a prompt lol?

you can’t actually “spend” until you’ve upgraded. The $50 pre-spend just means you need to add billing, make a payment, and wait 7 days for OpenAPI to unlock higher usage. After adding payment, credits will deduct automatically as you run prompts there’s no manual way to force spend before that

I am experiencing the exact problem for a while, did not fix it yet. So looking forward hearing some advice in this as well.
