Access Issues After Company Domain Change: Need Help with Clay Workspace
Gabriel Echarte We also changed our company domain and now I cannot access our company clay workspace, although I think I inadvertently set up a new account with my new email address (melissa@thestarrconspiracy.com) instead of changing the email that I used in the original workspace sign up (melissa@tsc.chat) to the new email. Which means now I have my own workspace with the correct email (melissa@thestarrconspiracy.com) but no access to my company workspace, even when attempting to reset passwords or sign in via Google. Please help 🙂 The owner of our company workspace btw is Bret (bret@thestarrconspiracy.com)
