This error occurs when you haven't provided a valid identifier for Instagram. For Instagram enrichments, you need to provide:
For finding Instagram handles:
Username: Just the username (e.g., username) or with @ symbol (e.g., @username)
Profile URL: Full Instagram URL (e.g., https://www.instagram.com/username)
For company Instagram profiles:
Company Domain: The company's website URL
Company Name: Optional, but domain is preferred for better accuracy [1]
Make sure your input field contains one of these valid identifiers. If you're still getting the error, check that:
The username/URL is correctly formatted
The input field isn't blank or contains invalid data
You've selected the correct input column in your enrichment settings

You can also use LiveData's "Find Social Profile" action with a person's work email or full name plus company details to find their Instagram profile. [3]
For personal Instagram profiles, try Upfluence integration which can find creator profiles using usernames or URLs.

I checked your table but didn’t see the current setup anymore. That error usually means the enrichment needs a valid input, like a name, company, or domain -- depending on which Instagram enrichment you’re using.
