Is there a way to search people who are looking for jobs using clay?
Clay's Find People feature searches for people based on job titles, company, location, and seniority - but it finds people currently in roles, not specifically those looking for jobs. However, you can use our Find Jobs feature to discover job openings and work backwards to identify companies that are actively hiring, which may indicate people in transition. Navigate to "Create new" → "Table" → "Find Jobs" to search for active job postings by role, location, and company.

Clay's Find People feature doesn't have a specific "open to jobs" filter like LinkedIn's. Our people search focuses on finding individuals based on job titles, company, location, seniority, bio keywords, experience, certifications, language, and education criteria. The Find People tool searches for people currently in roles at companies, using filters like job titles, location, and experience level to identify contacts. However, it doesn't specifically target people who have indicated they're actively job searching or "open to work." Are you looking to identify people in specific roles who might be potential candidates for recruitment, or do you need to find people who have explicitly indicated job-seeking status?
