Clarification Needed on Credit Expiration After Plan Cancellation
Hello Clay Support Team, We had a monthly plan that we recently canceled — but only temporarily, as we plan to resume it in about 3 months. At the time of cancellation, the message stated that we could still use our remaining credits until August 27. However, our account now shows that the plan will end on July 27, and it seems the credits will expire then. Could you please clarify this and help us ensure that we can still use our credits until the end of August, as originally stated?
