Hello Clay Support Team, We had a monthly plan that we recently canceled — but only temporarily, as we plan to resume it in about 3 months. At the time of cancellation, the message stated that we could still use our remaining credits until *August 27*. However, our account now shows that the plan will end on *July 27*, and it seems the credits will expire then. Could you please clarify this and help us ensure that we can still use our credits until the *end of August*, as originally stated? Thank you very much for your support!
