Hello, Looking to update CRM e.g. HubSpot periodically / automatically. Clay has a feature to edit source on a schedule e.g. once per week. They also have auto-update in table settings which runs cells when cells they depend on are run or edited. So i'm assuming if I select source column e.g. new jobs to update every week, and I have the auto-update enabled on the table, then all of the enrichments will re-run automatically straight away, and so if the final column is push to CRM e.g. HubSpot then this will happen every week (same periodicity as source column). Is this correct? Sculptor seems confused on it. Some sources like this say you can: https://www.clay.com/blog/scheduling Other sources say you can't: https://www.clay.com/faq/can-i-schedule-data-enrichments-so-they-re-run-on-their-own Please can you clarify what is correct?
Yes, you can schedule data enrichments in Clay to automatically re-run on a weekly basis. This is done by setting up scheduled columns or sources in your table. When you schedule a source (like jobs or CRM data) to refresh weekly, and your table is configured to auto-update dependent columns, all enrichments—including those that push updates to your CRM (such as HubSpot)—will re-run on that schedule. This keeps your CRM data current without manual intervention, as updates flow through your enrichment workflow and are pushed to your CRM at the frequency you set [1] [2] [3] .
Is that what you were looking for?
This is great thank you. So basically just need to update the source settings and keep auto-update for entire table on? Thank you
To schedule data enrichments to run weekly and ensure CRM updates (like HubSpot) are pushed at the same frequency:
CRM sync: If your workflow ends with a column that pushes updates to your CRM (like HubSpot), those updates will occur automatically each week, matching your source schedule [5] .
This setup keeps your CRM data current on a weekly basis without manual intervention.
Was that helpful?
Amazing thank you
