Clay S. I have an issue with uploading the list of people from the search results in Sales Navigator. I followed all of the instructions on Clay website but I’m still getting this message: You must include a valid People Search Sales Navigator URL
The error indicates your URL isn't from a valid People Search. Ensure you're using a Sales Navigator People Search URL, not a Company Search URL. Also, your People Search filters cannot contain a Lead List saved to your personal Account. To fix this: 1. Go to Sales Navigator and set up your search filters (don't save as a list) 2. Copy the URL directly from the search results page 3. Paste this URL into Clay's External List section The URL must be from an active search, not a saved search or company search.
I did all of the following:
Sales Nav is not a saved search
It is lead search not a company search
I excluded from the search all my lead lists and saved leads on other lists

It looks like the filters for the search include Lead Lists and Saved Leads in the exclusions. Clay won't be able to interpret those, since they're specific to your personal account, and Clay doesn't have access. Could you try removing those, supply the updated URL in Clay, and see if the search completes?

Thanks for giving that a shot. We've ruled out the obvious culprits, so I'll need to go a bit deeper here. 🤔 I'll follow up again as I learn more!

A bit strange. My most attempt to use the same URL in my separate test account worked okay. I was able to pull in a bunch of records. So I'm curious if there's something about the initial search where, even though we updated it, it wasn't clearing out whatever was causing the problem.

If this works, I see it is going to be in a table without the column I previously created. Because I have like 50 columns. Is there a way to copy these columns and connections/conditions between them to a new table?
Sure, if you have a group of columns you want to use elsewhere, you can create a template. https://www.clay.com/university/guide/column-group-templates You can then insert the template into other tables. Pretty useful if you find yourself using the same combination of enrichments over and over again.
That said, you can also re-create the search in the same table using the little (+) icon here:

Apologies for causing a hassle / table clutter, though! I generally prefer testing away from existing workflows. Always trying to be wary of introducing waterfall credit spend by surprise, in case you changed your mind, had given up on the table, etc..
