https://app.clay.com/workspaces/427003/workbooks/wb_o6bit9scPcVs/tables/t_XA6N8eAugkCN/views/gv_k3wdExC7o2eK I setup clearbit enrichment on about 2k cells and it started populating linkedin handle but then just stopped for some reason. I went in while it was updating and selected edit columns to select it but it still didn't populate, was showing grayed out. I then did it again. Even now as I look at it, it's grayed out and very few of the field are populating. Its 8 credits, so I don't want to run it again just to populate the entry but it's also the most vital one for me.
The LinkedIn data might be incomplete due to data provider limitations and privacy restrictions set by LinkedIn. Since our data providers don't use active sessions or cookies to scrape LinkedIn data live, some LinkedIn fields may only be visible when logged in, affecting data completeness. To avoid using additional credits, you can: 1. Check if auto-update is enabled (it runs every 24 hours by default) and wait for the next update cycle. 2. If you need more immediate or accurate LinkedIn data, you could consider using alternative methods like Phantombuster or Apify, though be aware these tools could put your LinkedIn account at risk since they typically use your cookies.Note that re-running the enrichment would cost another 8 credits per cell. Also would lik eto know how to disable autoupdater across sheets
like there's a number of sheets setup with autoupdater and I want to make sure they don't burn credits--they're campaigns that haven't gone so well or have but the client is pivoting
Hey Bryce, thanks for reaching out. If youβd like to stop or pause individual Clay tables that are linked together, you can do so in a few various ways: * Table Level: Click the logo in the bottom-right corner of the screen and selecting 'Turn off Table'. This will prevent any rows from running automatically until the table is turned back on. (as shown in image one) * Column Level: Alternatively, to pause updates at the column level, click the column header, go to the column settings, scroll to the bottom of the menu, and toggle off 'Auto-Update' in 'run settings' (as shown in image two) * Pausing Cells Mid-Run: If a column is already running you can click the 'Stop Updates' button to stop these enrichments from continuing as quickly as possible. (as shown in image three) Hope this helps! Let me know how else I can assist. :) https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1279871669/30a682334022ff0079556a818a29/CleanShot%2B2024-12-06%2Bat%2B11_54_23-402x.png?expires=1738885500&signature=9bc4008d12a34cdc1a8b6118baca936f9f9cbf5ceb28b30dbe30b9675e4dc2b4&req=dSIgH8F5nIdZUPMW1HO4zUuXeN1NTq0MyERqJ7nXl9Fzaw%3D%3D%0A https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1279871668/bceeb1a6c917e35638a577bcae4b/CleanShot%2B2024-12-06%2Bat%2B11_55_55-402x.png?expires=1738885500&signature=102109810c3f0ede04a50c90345b2d33b0c77e1322d6e733296264ae128304fc&req=dSIgH8F5nIdZUfMW1HO4zb%2BUWaLXwNQXeTBmpK0ygkyhJA%3D%3D%0A https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1279871664/8bc290cc63d0826161bdb3a9dc77/CleanShot%2B2024-12-06%2Bat%2B12_01_47-402x.png?expires=1738885500&signature=fbb803953ed27c3ee8043a6fa7064c0d8d44419ef0947fa9b809d19b68d2ec49&req=dSIgH8F5nIdZXfMW1HO4zYRv7C3NBTC5wevizi%2BoZI5Y%2BA%3D%3D%0A
