Does your usage at https://platform.openai.com/account/usage display anything specific at all? Sometimes its not the credit balance itself but could be the monthly rates they have

My default account was my own (not premium) instead of our company's (premium)...

You can use Apollo but you’d need to download your Clay table as a CSV and then manually import - their API has a really low rate limit so we don’t have a native integration with them
