Does your usage at https://platform.openai.com/account/usage display anything specific at all? Sometimes its not the credit balance itself but could be the monthly rates they have

Thanks, let us know if they are able to determine the issue with the API, not sure what else it could be but haven't seen this error come up again since they supposedly fixed it.

My default account was my own (not premium) instead of our company's (premium)...
