Hey Clay S. : How can I re-add leads to a campaign that already exist. Basically duplicate leads. Whenever I push to campaign from Clay, it says - "Already in Campaign" and doesn't add it. How do I do this?
To add duplicate leads to a Smartlead campaign, enable the "Allow Duplicate Leads Across Campaigns" setting in the Add Lead to Campaign integration. By default, if a lead already exists in another campaign, it won't allow you to add it to this campaign. Switch on "Allow Duplicate Leads Across Campaigns" to override this restriction. If duplicates are disabled, Smartlead automatically prevents adding the same lead to multiple campaigns, which is why you're seeing "Already in Campaign."
This is in instantly not smart lead
To add duplicate leads to an Instantly campaign, toggle off the "Skip if Lead is in Workspace" option in the Add Lead to Campaign integration. This setting prevents leads from being added if they already exist in any campaigns in the workspace. By turning it off, you can add the same lead to multiple campaigns. If you're still seeing failures, the leads might already exist in Instantly and the system is trying to add them as new leads rather than update existing ones.
