Hi @Clay S., I’m experiencing an issue with the following table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/813453/workbooks/wb_0t8vsmr8bkr4JErnhXi/tables/t_0t8vsmrG6yofP5Hh9uz/views/gv_0t8vsmr8vSByg74GAsA I’m attempting to use my Gemini API key (Tier 1) to generate a personalized P.S. line. This exact prompt and setup has worked successfully in another sheet (“VERIFIED 1”), so I know the prompt itself is functional. At the moment, the rows appear to process, but no output is ever generated. Nothing changes, even after waiting for an extended period. I’ve also tested this using my Clay credits instead of my own API key, and I’m seeing the same behavior. Because of this, it doesn’t appear to be an API key-related issue. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this or how to resolve it?

I see your Gemini Tier 1 API key is stuck processing without generating output. This is likely due to Gemini's shared capacity model causing rate limiting, even when you're within your personal limits.
For AI columns like yours, Gemini Tier 1 may not have sufficient capacity for consistent performance. The API tier requirements show that for reliable AI operations, higher tiers are typically needed. [1]
Try these steps:
1. Click into the specific cells showing processing status to see detailed error messages
2. Check if there are "Run Condition not met" messages - this could indicate missing inputs
3. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
Since this worked in your other sheet, compare the column configurations between the two tables to spot any differences in settings or run conditions.

It just says "loading progress" when I click each cell. I don't think it's an API issue since the same thing happens when using clay credits, could you please connect me to a human?

Ben Clay has issues with gemini API atm, it seems the problem is on the Google side I'm having issues with it as well on my tables (i have tier 3 and still facing same issues)

Hi there - this is a bug on google's end because of which we're getting rate limited on gemini flash models. The team is actively working with google to push a fix here as soon as possible. We will get back to you as soon as we have more information here.
In the mean time, I would recommend using alternative models for your task. Since the task is pretty straightforward, you should be able to leverage Helium here!
