I need some help with setting up a new workflow.

I need some help with setting up a new workflow. Heres the idea: I have a list with enriched contacts who work at my client companies. I have enriched their personal information. I also have a second list with target leads. Id like to check where the links are to leverage a warm intro. I know swarm but can't get it up and running just yet. Ideally id like to have a setup where I can see (for each target lead) if there are any links with our own employees: maybe they worked together or went to the same college or something.
