I am having some issues today with the responsiveness in Clay (taking a long time to create a column etc). Furthermore, the integration with Instantly to push leads to a campaign is also not working (I already double checked the API Key and everything). I did it yesterday and it worked perfectly fine. Today it just stays loading does not even give an error
For the Instantly integration issue, try a hard refresh first: ** Mac: Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) ** PC: Ctrl + F5 (Chrome/Firefox/Edge) Ensure you're using Instantly's v2 API key - Clay uses their v2 API and v1 keys won't work.You'll need to create a new column from "Add enrichment" rather than duplicating existing ones. If leads already exist in Instantly, the integration may show "loading" or "failures" even though updates are occurring - check your Instantly account to verify. For general Clay responsiveness issues, the hard refresh should also help resolve performance problems.
