I click one waterfall by mistake, and I took my 10k credits, is it possible to get refunded, support can you help with it?

Hi Eryk, can you give me a little more context on what happened? Were some of these emails intentional? Or you set up the waterfall and ran the entire thing by accident?

yes exactly, by accident all waterfall

Hi Eryk, I just looked into the credit spend. I'm seeing that 9043 credits were used on 12/3 with an enrich company column, not a waterfall. Does this look like the issue? Was this enrichment also a mistake?

Got it, I just want to make sure the same error doesn't happen again. What were you hoping to do that was the issue? I've escalated the refund request in the meantime!

so i wanted to try only on 10 records to get revenue of the companies, but it seems that somehow later its autoupdated and start enrichment for al cells
