When enrichments hang or get stuck, try these solutions: Force restart the column: ** Click the column header of the stuck enrichment ** Hover over "Run column" in the dropdown ** Select "Force" to jump start the column Alternative methods: ** Double-click on a stuck row and click "re-run this cell" ** Toggle auto-update off and on again, then accept the run prompt ** If it shows "queued" status, click the column header and select "Force Rerun Column" No additional charges apply when re-running stuck rows. This typically resolves performance issues that cause enrichments to hang.

Hey Ronan L. It might be a quick glitch try refreshing the page or duplicating the table and running it again. Also check if all required fields are filled and look at the logs to see if anything’s stuck

This typically resolves the hanging issue you're experiencing.

Hello Ronan! Thanks for reaching out! We had a bug earlier that affected a few of our enrichments including Claygent. I took a look at your table and it seems to be working now. Can I confirm the issue resolved? Do reach out again if this persists but since the bug has been resolved it ideally should not.
