Understanding Credit Upgrade and Downgrade Options for Clients

Hey Clay S. if we upgrade credit spend for a client, do we get charged the entire amount of monthly + credits and our month begins anew? Or do we just pay the difference between current cost and credits we would like to buy? Lastly, we’re able to downgrade the credit spend immediately after purchase, correct?

When you upgrade your plan, you're charged the full amount of the new plan, not just the difference. Your billing cycle resets immediately, giving you a new month to use the credits. The new credit allotment is added on top of your current credit balance instantly. Yes, you can downgrade immediately after upgrading. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan features until the next payment due date.
