Hey! I have a Sales Nav lead list with whom I share first and second degree connections. I want to export the list of all individuals who are mutual connections between me and my first and second degree connections. How do I get the entire list Table link: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/124751/workbooks/wb_0swnj4rQ6ptGxtAZhpc/tables/t_0syzun9NtEPAHK37BRc/views/gv_0syzun9h2Sumwxamv5P
To export specific contacts from your Clay table, first identify the mutual connections using filtering or formulas. Then export by going to Actions > Export > Download CSV. For cleaner exports, create a dedicated export view by duplicating your current view and hiding unnecessary columns before exporting. The CSV will mirror your Clay table exactly with only the visible columns included.
Hey there, thanks for reaching out! To find warm intros/mutual connections to people in your list I'd actually recommend using the Swarm here. The Swarm will help you find warm intros to people and/or companies in your network. I recommend that you create an account here, as it will enable you to use your own connections/find those mutuals. You can create an account here: https://www.theswarm.com/solutions/clay-integration
I would import this Sales Nav list into a Clay table. If it's a Sales Nav search, you can copy the search url and paste this into our find people source to import the search from Sales Nav. If it's a list you'll need to use a CSV
umm, actually i already added the list to the clay table
Can you please brief me on the next steps post adding?
Hi Dishaa, can you share the url to the table you've imported these leads to so I can take a closer look?
Thanks Dishaa, what datapoints would you like to retrieve on these first and second degree connections? I'd be happy to assist you with this!
The linkedin name, company name, company domian linkedin url, degree (1st or 2nd) of the mutual connections and, between I and whom is the mutual connection
Example: I and X have a mutual connection so in the list along with the list of mutual connections the names/linkedin urls of X should be mentioned
You may want to use the swarm integration to achieve this: https://www.theswarm.com/solutions/clay-integration. We have a native integration with the swarm which should allow you to achieve this: https://www.clay.com/university/guide/the-swarm-integration I hope this was helpful. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!
I am a little unsure on the next steps actually since I have the list of first and second degree connections, then how to integrate swarm there
Response to Dishaa's Swarm Integration Question Hi Dishaa, Happy to clarify the next steps with Swarm integration, though there are some important limitations to be aware of:
What Swarm Can Do: The Swarm integration doesn't automatically show all your second-degree LinkedIn connections. Instead, it will only show second-degree connections when: 1. The person shares work or education history overlaps with you, OR 2. Other team members have connected their LinkedIn accounts to serve as bridges Next Steps to Try: 1. Sign up for The Swarm via the link Bruno provided: https://www.theswarm.com/ 2. Connect your LinkedIn account and authorize the integration 3. Import your work and education overlaps (this is crucial for finding connections) 4. Return to your Clay table and use the Swarm integration to enrich your contacts 5. Look for the "Strength of connection" score in your table - this will show you where connections exist Important Limitation: If you're expecting to see all your second-degree LinkedIn connections and their mutual connections, be aware that Swarm won't display all of these - only those that meet the specific criteria mentioned above.
For more comprehensive LinkedIn connection mapping, you might need to consider alternative tools like PhantomBuster or Apify as they can provide more direct access to your LinkedIn network data.
