Try a hard refresh first:

If Sculptor still won't load, you might have hit the 20 conversations per week limit for your workspace.

For stuck columns or processes, click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset it.

I have tried to refresh multiple times. And no conversation limit was not hit
