Troubleshooting JSON Parsing Errors in Webhooks

I am trying to send json data from through a webhook. Continuosly shows parsing error where nothing is really identifiable

Check at col 69 , row 2 if Full Name exist there?

Even if there wasn't , wasn't it supposed to accept and atleast work with the rows that have no errors?
