Monthly Billing Credit Application for Annual Plans: A Query

Anyone know if Clay will apply your monthly billing amount to an annual plan? For example, I just signed up for Explorer @ $699 / month to start playing around with 20K credits. I'll need another 100K credits in the coming weeks. Now I'm wishing I just did the 120K credit plan @ $314 / month and paid upfront. Any advice?

Currently, our system doesn't offer prorated billing when switching from monthly to annual plans. When you upgrade, your new credit allotment is added on top of your current balance, and your billing cycle resets immediately. If you want to switch to the annual Explorer plan at $314/month for 120K credits/year: 1. Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan 2. Select "Annual" at the top 3. Choose the Explorer plan with 120K credits 4. Click Upgrade Plan > Subscribe The annual plan provides all credits upfront with a 10% discount compared to monthly billing. Our team is working on implementing prorated plans and credits for situations like yours, but this option isn't available yet. they will start a new annual plan for you. Also totally unrelated to the question but where you see the 120K credits for $314? That's cheap af i gotta grab that before it's gone

Yes, the annual Explorer plan with 120K credits for 349/month). The Explorer plan includes features like HTTP API integration, webhook sources, and email sequencing integrations with Outreach and Salesloft.

You can find the 120K credits for 314/month for 120K credits/year (equivalent to 10K credits/month) ** 629/month for 240K credits/year (20K credits/month) This annual billing option gives you all credits upfront with a discount compared to the monthly billing rates.
