How Auto-Dedupe Works on a Table Level During Enrichment Processes

How does auto-dedupe on a table level work, does it run after every single enrichment? I have formatting running in my table and then a final output being produced after formatting, then another enrichment referencing this formatted column that runs as soon as the formatting finished I am wondering if auto-dedupe is going to run after that formatting but BEFORE enrichment
