Multiple Client Accounts Getting Locked When Using Clay – Need Support

Hi, I work as a GTM Engineer and help clients improve their lead generation by introducing and implementing tools like Clay. Over the past week, however, multiple accounts I hav been working with have been getting locked. Could someone from the Clay team please guide me on what might be causing this and how to resolve it?
