My clients pro account is blowing credits like crazy although i’ve aborted all operations. The credits keep flying out and nothing seems to get enriched. This looks like a major bug
Sandbox mode WON’T work although we’ve upgraded to a pro license.
Please contact me asap as 60,000+ credits are now going up in smoke and we have a client meeting tomorrow

Hi! Thanks so much for your patience, and for reaching out. I’ve reviewed the credit breakdown for this table, and here’s what I’m seeing: There was a noticeable spike in credit usage on November 30th. The Find People source in this table was run on that date, and if auto-update was previously enabled, it would have also triggered updates for both the AI Company Headcount group and the Use AI column.
This would be an expected spend - let me know if that clears things up or if you have more questions on this.
