Optimizing HubSpot and Clay Table Data Refresh Process

I have a hubspot active list that imports daily into a clay table. I also have scheduled re runs on each column, also set daily. How can I ensure that the hubspot list first refrehses with new data, then clay imports it, then the scheduled columns re run on only the new data?

HubSpot active lists auto-update based on their own schedule, which you can check in Sources within your import column. For proper sequencing: 1. HubSpot refresh: Use "Update Now" in your source menu to manually pull fresh data from HubSpot when needed 2. Import timing: CRM sources can update hourly (most frequent available), so you could set your HubSpot import to run more frequently than daily 3. Column scheduling: Set your scheduled columns to run after the import completes However, Clay's current scheduling doesn't automatically sequence these operations. You'll need to manually trigger the HubSpot refresh first, then let the scheduled import and column runs follow their set timing.

hey, I used run conditions to solve this, since it goes in a cirular loop with hubspot, so enrichments wont run if we already had data from a previous clay run
