Hi Support team, I found difficulty to sync/send my table data from Clay to Google Sheets, it shows "no rows found" every time i sync it, can you please me help me on this? Thank you
The "no rows found" error when syncing to Google Sheets typically occurs due to data formatting or filtering issues.
Quick fixes to try:
1. Check your Google Sheets account permissions - Ensure the selected account has read/write access to your target sheet
2. Verify your spreadsheet URL and Sheet ID - Make sure you've pasted the correct Google Spreadsheet URL and selected the right sheet name
3. Clear cache and refresh - If you see empty rows after filtering, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the screen
4. Check data formatting - If writing lists, ensure values are properly formatted as lists through the "Other data from this table" section
To set up the sync properly:
** Add enrichment โ Search "Google Sheets" โ Select "Add Row" action
** Paste your Google Sheets URL
* Select sheet name and map columns using / to select relevant columns
If the issue persists after trying these steps, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" for further troubleshooting.
