Hi team, I deferred from the previous cohort, and I was unable to receive the credits for this cohort [28]. Will appreciate the support.

When you join a cohort, you receive 1000 joining credits per workspace. [1] Credits are issued only once per workspace, so if you've already received joining credits for a previous cohort on the same workspace, you won't receive them again for cohort 28.

Yes, I did use up my credits from the previous cohort. For the activities in this cohort, should I make a new workspace or make do with only the limited credits that I have?

You can create a new workspace to receive fresh joining credits for cohort 28. [1] Credits are issued once per workspace, so a new workspace would give you the full 1000 joining credits automatically. [2]
If you run out of credits during the cohort, you can open a support ticket to explain your case for additional credits.

To bind your new workspace to the ongoing cohort, you'll need to update your Clay Email or Workspace ID with us. [1]
Since you need to change the Workspace ID you originally submitted in your cohort application, please ask to speak to a human for assistance. You'll need to provide both your original Email and Workspace ID, as well as the new ones you'd like to use for the cohort. [2]
