Request for Courtesy Credits in Clay Workspace Account

I need a little help. Could you please put the credits for the next cycle in this worskpace account as 1x courtesy? https://app.clay.com/workspaces/328553 We made some splurge on the credits and ended up not being able to create new clay tables again. Hope you will consider. 1st time that we send this kind of request. Thanks.

Hey Ericson, thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free credits in this situation. If you need more credits for a particular month, you can purchase credit top-ups directly from your billing modal. New credits will be added to your balance instantly and there will be no changes to your plan or billing cycle. If you foresee an ongoing increase in credit usage, you can upgrade to the next available tier in your pricing plan. This will reset your billing cycle and you will receive the new credit allotment from the new plan instantly. Hope this helps! Let me know if there's anything else I can assist with! :)
