How to Extract Email Addresses from a Single Column in Excel
I deleted all the other columns so i'm only left with this one 🙈 is there a way to extract just the email from this column? thanks
You can extract email addresses from your column in two ways: 1. Using AI formulas: • Add a new column • Choose "Ask question about items with AI" from column options • Create a formula that specifies you want to extract email addresses 2. Using the Extract Values feature: • Add a new column with the "Extract Values from Data" action • Select "email" as the extraction type • This will automatically identify and pull out email addresses from your textBoth methods don't require additional credits since you're just extracting data that's already in your table.
