Is there a way to force stop the cell running Claygent task?
Yes, you can stop a running Claygent task by clicking the "Stop Updates" button at the bottom right of your screen. Once you click it, a pop-up menu will appear where you can select "Confirm and stop" to halt the enrichment.
Tried that. The cell is still running.
If the "Stop Updates" button isn't working and your Claygent task is still running, the column might be stuck. Try clicking the column header and selecting Force Rerun Column to reset it. If that doesn't work, try a hard refresh of your browser: ** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R ** Mac: Cmd + Shift + R You can also clear your browser cache and refresh the view to resolve persistent issues.
not working
Hi Petar, Thanks for reaching out to support! Yes, there is a way to stop a running Claygent task. Here’s how: How to Stop Running Claygent Cells Option 1: Use the “Cancel Runs” Button ** When your table has active runs (including Claygent), you should see a “Cancel runs” or “Stop running” button appear in the toolbar. ** If you don’t see it right away, try refreshing the page, sometimes it doesn't render properly on the first load. A Few Things to Keep in Mind: ** It can take a few minutes for the cancellation to fully propagate, especially in large tables. ** Once stopped, the cells should update to show “Run Stopped” instead of staying in “Queued” or “Running.” ** If a cell stays stuck in “Queued,” try: Can’t Find the Stop Button? If the stop button isn’t showing up: ** Make sure runs are actively in progress, the button only appears when something is running. ** Refresh the page to trigger it. ** Still missing? Let us know and we’ll dig in from our end. Let me know if you’re still running into issues, happy to take a closer look. Best, Nicole
