We have some tables that have been stuck for several days in queued status, and can't understand why this is happening : https://app.clay.com/workspaces/12893/workbooks/wb_0sw703vPBeaxxNhsudk/tables/t_0sw703vp6QBQaVTThS6/views/gv_JZ5isrUc37QJ https://app.clay.com/workspaces/12893/workbooks/wb_0swaq2zZDhrAYJ2ux6s/tables/t_0swaq3itSGrDz7uRrhY/views/gv_TVHQk6ag6bRr https://app.clay.com/workspaces/12893/workbooks/wb_0svu36qgz9D5XieSoco/tables/t_0svu36xjYgt2Tqe2fxJ/views/gv_a8rGSV8hPEwZ Teodora K.
When tables are stuck in queued status for several days, this typically happens if columns were changed multiple times, updated, or if runs were stopped midway. To resolve this issue, try these solutions: 1. Perform a hard refresh: • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R 2. If that doesn't work, create new columns by duplicating the stuck ones and run them on the affected rows: • Filter for rows where the current column "is empty" • Run the process on those filtered rows • Use the "merge columns" feature to combine results 3. For "write to table" functionality issues, try using the Force Run option in table settings (this may take time depending on table size). If these steps don't resolve your issue, you may need to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
same thing happening on my side - looks like its Clay enrichments (as opposed to API).
Hey there thanks for reaching out, to clarify here these are occurring with Clay columns such as the Lookups and Write to table correct?
yes, the isues are with the Write to Table and Lookups
J - Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
Good news! Happy to report that we heard back from the team and this issue should be fixed. Try a quick refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) and let us know if the problem has been resolved on your end, or if you still have trouble. Thank you for your patience as we worked on it.
