Converting Enrichment Output: How to Easily Convert Mixture of Country Codes in a Column to Two-digit Format

When I pull out Country Code from an enrichment, into a Col, I get this mixture of teh correct 2 digit codes eg AU, NZ but also the full country name. Can anyone suggest an elegant way to convert them all to the 2 digit country codes?
