Wondering if anyone has suggestions. I am using clay to enrich contact/company info then using that info to prompt chat to write emails. Wondering if there is a way to push subject line and body to either my outlook or hubspot to send email
We don't directly send emails from Clay, but we integrate with email sequencing tools to push your data for outreach. Here's how you can do it: 1. Use Clay to enrich your contacts and generate email content. 2. Connect Clay to your email sequencing tool (like HubSpot). 3. Set up an enrichment in Clay to push data to your chosen tool. 4. Include "subject line" and "email body" as custom fields in the enrichment. 5. Map these fields to the corresponding columns in your Clay table. This process allows you to push your finalized outreach from Clay to your sequencer for sending. For Outlook, you might need to use an intermediary tool or API connection. If you need more specific guidance, please let me know and I can provide further assistance.
Clay doesn't send emails directly, but we can help you prepare and push personalized content to your email tools. Here's how you can do it: 1. Use Clay to draft personalized subject lines and email bodies using our AI integration. 2. For HubSpot, you can push this data directly to your CRM using our integration. 3. Once in HubSpot, use its automations to send emails. For a step-by-step process: 1. Create a campaign in HubSpot. 2. In Clay, set up a HubSpot enrichment to add leads to your campaign. 3. Include custom fields for "subject line" and "email body" in the enrichment settings. 4. Push the data from Clay to HubSpot. 5. Use HubSpot's email automation to send your personalized emails. For Outlook, you'd need to export the data from Clay and import it into Outlook manually.
